Terms of use

Draft — requires review before public launch. Confirm the operator’s legal identity, contract terms, tax treatment, consumer rights and service commitments with appropriate advice.

Purpose and professional judgement

This platform supports educational observation and planning. It is not a medical, psychological or diagnostic service. Resources do not guarantee outcomes or compliance with the National Quality Framework. Use professional judgement and applicable service policies.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials private. Use only records you are authorised to access. Do not enter real child information in free practice tools. Do not misuse invitations, attempt to bypass permissions or upload unlawful material.

Service licensing

Licences are manually activated for agreed dates, seats and pricing. Access depends on an active licence and assigned permissions. Billing, cancellation, renewal, support and refund terms must be agreed in the service contract before activation.

Records and responsibilities

Services remain responsible for collection authority, record accuracy, family consultation, staff access and retention. Arrange exports before access ends. Deleting a personal account does not delete service records created in the course of employment.

Resource use

Educators may adapt and print generated resources for their educational practice. Do not represent platform content as professional diagnosis, endorsement or certification. Third-party references remain subject to their owners’ terms.

Availability and changes

The operator must define maintenance, backup, support and recovery arrangements. Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the operator through the contact page.
